PROGRAM
A one-course buffet consisting of:
- Two types of salad
- Meatballs in satay sauce,
- Chicken with vegetables in curry sauce
- Salmon in Hollandaise sauce
- Vegetarian stew
- Pork tenderloin in mushroom cream sauce
The buffet is served with two types of vegetables, fries and gratin. Extensive bread platters are served on the table beforehand.
